Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries timely received by Sportsman's Warehouse, Inc. (“Sponsor”). This promotion (the “Promotion”) begins on September 1, 2026, and runs through October 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

Sponsor reserves the right to make non-material corrections, clarifications, or administrative updates to these Official Rules during the Promotion Period in its sole discretion. Any such changes will be posted on the Promotion website and will be effective upon posting. No modification will materially alter the eligibility requirements, entry method, prize structure, odds of winning, or the rights of entrants who have already submitted entries prior to the date of modification.

ELIGIBILITY. Open and offered only to persons who are legal residents of one of the fifty States comprising the United States of America and Washington, D.C, (excluding Rhode Island, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories) who are 18 years of age or older when Promotion begins. Void where otherwise prohibited by law. Employees and directors of Sponsor and its parent entities, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, or production agencies, Webmasters and Web suppliers (and their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members and individuals residing in their same household) are not eligible to participate or receive a prize. By participating or accepting a prize, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Promotion or these Official Rules.

HOW TO ENTER. Eligible persons enter by completing an official entry form found at www.sportsmans.com/40, uploading a qualifying photograph in accordance with the Photo Submission Requirements below, and submitting their entry as directed during the Promotion Period. Submitted photographs must be in JPEG or PNG format, must not exceed 10 MB in file size, and must have a minimum resolution of 72 dpi. Entries that do not meet these technical requirements may be rejected. Entries must be received no later than 11:59 PM MST on October 31, 2026. Any attempted e-mail or other entry method will be void. Any attempted entry after the Promotion Period will be void.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. All entries become Sponsor's property and will not be returned or acknowledged.

PHOTO SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS. Submitted photographs must be original, created by, or submitted with the permission of, the entrant or owned by the entrant, and must not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party. Photographs may not contain obscene, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate content, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to reject, remove, or disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules or that Sponsor determines is inconsistent with the spirit of the Promotion.

If any person other than the entrant appears in a submitted photograph, entrant represents and warrants that they have obtained all necessary permissions from those individuals to submit the photograph and grant the rights described in these Official Rules. If a submitted photograph includes a minor, entrant represents and warrants that they are the minor's parent or legal guardian, or that they have obtained permission from the minor's parent or legal guardian to submit the photograph and grant these rights. Sponsor reserves the right to require written documentation of parental or legal guardian consent prior to the use of any photograph depicting a minor under the age of 18 in any Sponsor marketing, advertising, or promotional materials. Entrants should retain records of any consents obtained and be prepared to provide them to Sponsor upon request.

Entries must consist of photographs depicting real people and may not be AI-generated or materially AI-altered. Minor photo adjustments (e.g., cropping, color correction, red-eye removal) are permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to reject any submission that, in its sole discretion, has been altered, manipulated, or generated using artificial intelligence or similar technologies in a manner that misrepresents the identity, appearance, or activities of the entrant or any other individual depicted in the photograph. Sponsor is not responsible for any personal information voluntarily included in a submitted photograph.

Participants who attempt to enter multiple times will be disqualified. Sponsor, its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, participating retailers and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") are not responsible for delayed, deleted, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, undeliverable, or destroyed official entries; or for the incorrect or inaccurate entry information, however caused, or by equipment or programming used in this Promotion, printing, human processing or other error or omission; or for any other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or network.

Entries are null and void and will be rejected if not obtained in accordance with these rules and through authorized, legitimate channels or if they contain or reflect printing, typographical, mechanical, or other errors. Should any portion of the Promotion be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion, and select winners from entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

By entering the 40 Years Lived Outdoors Giveaway, you agree to be automatically enrolled in our marketing list to receive periodic promotional updates and offers. Participation constitutes express consent to receive these communications, though your data remains protected under our Privacy Policy. You may opt-out at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" or replying "STOP" to any message. Unsubscribing will not affect your giveaway entry or chances of winning.

PHOTO LICENSE AND RELEASE. By submitting a photograph as part of this Promotion, each entrant grants to Holdings, Inc., d/b/a Sportsman's Warehouse (and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, and authorized contractors) a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, display, distribute, perform, and create derivative works from the submitted photograph and any images of individuals depicted therein (collectively, “Submitted Content”), in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, including without limitation television, radio, print, internet, social media, in-store displays, and promotional materials, for advertising, marketing, promotional, and other legitimate business purposes, with or without attribution to the entrant, and without further notice, review, approval, or compensation to the entrant.

Entrant represents and warrants that: (a) the submitted photograph is original and was created by or on behalf of the entrant; (b) the entrant has all rights necessary to grant the license set forth herein; (c) the submitted photograph does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party; and (d) if any person other than the entrant appears in the photograph, the entrant has obtained all necessary written consents from such individuals (or, in the case of a minor under 18, from the minor's parent or legal guardian) to submit the photograph and to grant the rights described in these Official Rules. Entrant acknowledges that Sponsor is not obligated to use any Submitted Content and that Sponsor's decision not to use any Submitted Content does not affect the validity of this license or release.

Entrant and entrant's heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns hereby release the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, costs, and liabilities arising out of or relating to Sponsor's use of the Submitted Content in accordance with these Official Rules, including without limitation any claims based on rights of privacy, rights of publicity, defamation, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

Submitted photographs may be used by Sponsor for advertising, marketing, promotional, editorial, website, social media, and other business purposes, with or without attribution, regardless of whether the entrant is selected as a winner.

WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZES.

From the eligible entries, on November 1, 2026, Sponsor will, conduct 1 random drawings from all eligible entries for the following prize package (the “Prize”):

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000).

ODDS: The odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

All expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Expenses which are known and not included but are not limited to: any and all taxes (including, but not limited to, federal income taxes), insurance, licensing, registration fees and costs, and other expenses related to winning or accepting a prize or that may be required for the enjoyment and use of the prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND DELIVERY OF PRIZE PACKAGE. Participants need not be present at Sponsor's retail location to win. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the winners by e-mail or by telephone as soon as the winner has been chosen on November 1, 2026. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, or in the event the Sponsor are unable to make contact with a winner within seven (7) days (contact shall be defined as Sponsor having a telephone conversation with the winner or winner replying to the notification email sent by Sponsor within seven days; Sponsor may leave telephone messages with the winner or send follow-up emails to the winner, but neither shall be deemed contact) of the Drawing for any reason, that potential winner will be disqualified, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing among all remaining eligible entries.

The Prize has an approximate retail value of $4,000, which exceeds the $600 IRS reporting threshold. The winner will be required to provide a valid Social Security number or Taxpayer Identification Number and to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 prior to Prize fulfillment. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC (or other applicable tax form) to the winner reflecting the value of the Prize. Failure to provide the required tax documentation within the time frame specified by Sponsor may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

Winner must be eligible to obtain any required licenses or permits. If the winner is not eligible to obtain any required licenses or permits, the Prize in its entirety will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner selected at random from all remaining eligible entries timely received. Winner must comply with any and all federal, state and local laws and regulations, and complete all required paperwork, along with all liability waivers prior to prize fulfillment. PARTICIPANTS ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN THE GRAND PRIZE ARE PROVIDED BY THE RELEASED PARTIES AS IS AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, GIVEN BY THE RELEASED PARTIES.

PRIZES ARE GIVEN AS IS AND WHERE IS, AND THE RELEASED PARTIES HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRIZES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Any other Prize details will be at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer Prizes, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Prize with a prize of equal or greater value should the advertised Prize become unavailable in whole or in part for any reason.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION. Participants agree (a) to abide by these rules and all decisions of Sponsor which shall be final in all respects relating to this Promotion; (b) that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participant against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Prize or participation in this Promotion or any Promotion related activity; or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any Prize via entry forms, posters or any other media; (c) except where legally prohibited, to grant (and agree to confirm that grant in writing) permission for the Released Parties and those acting under their authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet, without notice, review or approval; (d) that the Released Parties may collect the personal information submitted by participants, and use the information for sales and marketing purposes, and that participants will be deemed to have opted-in to the e-mail database for Sponsor; (e) that winner will be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release before receiving the Prize and that if documents are not returned by winner on a timely basis, or if any Prize notification or Prize is returned as non-deliverable on account of inaccurate or incomplete entry information or otherwise, or if Sponsor is unable to make contact with the winner within seven (7) days of its first attempt, or if winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, such Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner; (f) if no alternate winner can be selected for any reason in the Sponsor's sole discretion, the Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and will not be awarded to any Promotion participant; and (g) Sponsor may disqualify anyone from participating in the Promotion or winning a Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that such person is attempting to undermine, tamper with, or abuse any aspect of the Promotion, by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsor's representatives and Sponsor reserves the right to terminate such participant's eligibility. Entrants represent and warrant that they have all rights necessary to submit their photographs and grant the rights set forth in these Official Rules and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to the submitted photograph or any breach of these representations and warranties. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

RELEASE. Entrants on their behalf, and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (the “Releasing Parties”), release, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties, from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, extent, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, against Released Parties which any one or more of the Releasing Parties ever had, now have or hereafter can, shall or may have which in anyway arise out of or result from entrant s participation, acceptance and use or misuse of any Prize or portion of Prize, including property damage, personal injury or death.

PRIVACY AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. By entering this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor will collect certain personal information in connection with the Promotion, including the entrant's name, email address, mailing address, and submitted photograph (“Entrant Data”). Entrant Data will be used by Sponsor for the purposes of administering this Promotion, selecting and notifying the winner, fulfilling the Prize, and as otherwise described in these Official Rules.

Data Retention and Deletion. Sponsor will retain Entrant Data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in these Official Rules and Sponsor's Privacy Policy, but in no event longer than twenty-four (24) months following the conclusion of the Promotion Period, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Entrants may request deletion of their personal information by contacting Sponsor at [email protected]. Sponsor will process deletion requests in accordance with applicable law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act), the Colorado Privacy Act, and other applicable state privacy statutes. Deletion of personal information prior to the conclusion of the Promotion Period and winner selection may result in disqualification of the entrant's entry.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES. These Official Rules and any disputes arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. By entering this Promotion, each entrant agrees that any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to this Promotion, the Prize, or these Official Rules shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and each entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Entrants further agree that any claims shall be brought in the entrant's individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.

Military Discount Policy

Sportsman's Warehouse is proud to honor & serve our military customers. We offer a military discount on all in-store purchases made at any Sportsman's Warehouse retail location.

Every day, military customers can enjoy 5% off their purchase. The discount is valid on all merchandise items sold at Sportsman's Warehouse. This includes guns, ammo, limited stock items, Sportsman's Exclusives, closeouts and sale priced items.

Non-merchandise items like gift cards, hunting & fishing licenses, Firearm Service Plans, and warranty plans are not eligible for the discount.

Who can get the discount?

Current, retired, or veteran members of the Coast Guard, Navy, Marine Corps., Air Force, Army, or Space Force are eligible for the discount. This includes National Guard Members and Reserves.

This discount does not extend to Law Enforcement Officers, firefighters, paramedics, Search and Rescue members, medical professionals or other first responders.

To receive the discount:

• Must be a current or former member of the armed forces
• Must present valid ID at the time of purchase
