Ruger Precision Rifle
The Ruger Precision Rifle first released in 2015 has done nothing but improve over time. As an affordable long range weapon with a bolt action and metal chassis, Ruger has set a precedent while keeping this weapon improving with each new generation release.
Multiple calibers and special edition releases are on the market right now, with plenty of options for adding customization kits. Regardless, out of the box the Ruger Precision Rifle is classy and clean as-is.
A Chassis to be Reckoned With
With its chassis frame Ruger has allowed the user of this firearm to experience a straight recoil path and use any AR compatible butt stock for individualization. A multi-magazine interface is Ruger’s magazine well system that can accept M110, SR25, DPMS, Magpul, and AICS magazines. A cold hammer-forged 4140 chrome-moly steel barrel features 5R rifling and 20 MOA Picatinny rail allows for custom scope and accessory mounting.
